Before You Order

What does it mean if an item is a preorder?

Preorder items are items that are currently in production. You are free to order them before they stock.

Production times vary by item. Please reach out if you need to know the expected stock date of any item.

Can I order an item that is listed as a preorder?

Yes! You absolutely can. Just know that we hold your ENTIRE order until we have everything ready to ship.

If you want part of your items right away, please place separate orders so that all the in stock items are in one order and the preorder items are in a separate order.

Who can earn the Achievements?

Everyone! That's the beauty of them. They are not age or gender specific. Anyone and everyone can earn them.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

In stock badges & patches ship within 2 business days.

Apparel ships within 5 business days.

Preorder items ship within 1 business day of when they stock.

My order shipped. When will it arrive?

USPS can take anywhere from 3 days to 6 weeks.

UPS typically takes 3-5 business days.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Yes. Please reach out to us BEFORE you order so we can price out the additional shipping fees and give you a link to add that to your order.

Custom Orders

Do you make custom badges / patches?

Yes. Please use the Contact Us form to send us a message with what you are looking for. Timelines and pricing varies by order volume, complexity, and timeline needed.

How do we request a new badge be added to the shop?

Please use the Contact Us form to send in badge requests. While we can't make every badge, we do try to fulfill as many requests as possible.
